If an item is in stock then it is available for standard delivery 3-4 days or special next day delivery if requested before 3pm

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Next Day Special Delivery Signed For UK Mainland £8.95

Next day delivery applies to UK orders placed before 3 pm. If your address is remote please allow an extra day. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday, so if your order was placed on a Friday your next day delivery would be Monday.

If your delivery address is within 15 miles of Henley in Arden, Warwickshire and is placed before 12 noon. We may be able to offer a same day delivery option. Please enquire via email for more information.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Expected delivery time is 3-5 days and cost is £9.95.

Label Once Loved will post through Royal Mail on either a Tracked or Tracked and Signed basis to ensure safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL – USA/WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Expected delivery time is 7-10 days and cost is £13.95.

PARCELS UNSIGNED FOR IN THE UK

If your parcel is not signed for a card will be left by Royal Mail for you to collect from your local depot.

PARCELS UNSIGNED FOR OVERSEAS

Parcels undelivered will be returned to Label Once Loved, and then will be re delivered at the additional cost of original delivery. You will receive an email to confirm this and the amount will be debited from your account.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

All overseas orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. These may be affected by customs and excise delays. Label Once Loved is not liable for any local import duties or custom delays that may be imposed.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Buyers must email with any questions before purchasing an item.
All items are listed as accurately as possible on Label Once Loved.
All hats, underwear and swimwear items are strictly non-refundable.
Please ask the seller for detailed guidance on size if required prior to purchase.
Returns will be permitted if an item has been incorrectly described, presents unsatisfactory quality or is not fit for purpose.
Items are considered incorrectly listed within the bounds of good sense.
The return postage costs will be covered by the buyer, unless the item has been incorrectly listed.
Buyers have 14 days from the shipping date, to apply for a return authorisation. If no application is made, the seller will be paid after 14 days.
In the event of any dispute, or goods being damaged, please notify us before returning an item.

On international deliveries, duty and custom charges are excluded therefore you may be invoiced additional local sales taxes at the time of delivery. Depending on delivery address you must be aware that on returned packages the local sales taxes may not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sent, Label Once Loved will refund the buyer in the manner the payment was made.

In keeping with the high standards on Label Once Loved, the item must be returned unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn an item, then the refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer.

All items must be suitably packaged and in the exact condition in which they were sent.

We advise Items for return to be sent by recorded delivery, or the equivalent in your country, and records should be kept of the shipping/postage date, and tracking followed.

Items should be returned within 14 days.

Label Once Loved cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post, so Label Once Loved recommends insuring packages.

In the event of a non-genuine, item being listed, with an intent to sell as genuine, feedback should be given to Label Once Loved and the seller will be blocked and will be no longer allowed to work with Label Once Loved.
